Handbuilt Planter Making - Saturday April 11 & 25, 10:00-noon.

$85.00
sold out

What better way to celebrate the arrival of spring than by creating your own handmade pottery platter!

In this relaxed classroom setting, you will design and build a planter with a cute little matching plate for underneath. Two weeks later we return to glaze the pieces making them truly uniquely yours.

After the planters are completed, you are invited back for a special pickup event. Alex and Melissa from Spencer’s Garden Centre will join us for a short demonstration on planting and plant care. They will bring a variety of plants for you to purchase and plant right on the spot so you will leave with a new plant in your own planter ready to take home.

And how perfect is the timing? Just in time to make a meaningful gift to your mom for Mother’s Day. Or, how about bringing your mom along to class - what a great memory making experience.

No previous pottery experience is required. This workshop is designed for beginners as well as anyone who enjoys playing with clay. You will receive all the support you need.

Classes take place at The Old Barn On Ann Street, 15 Ann St., Shelburne, NS
